Frequently asked questions
How does the app work?
- Press Select Finals at the top of the My Finals screen;
- From the list of Olympic sports, select the ones you like;
- From the list of finals for this sport, select the ones you want to see;
- Press Done to go back to the My Finals screen;
- Press an icon to show more details;
- Press Alarm to set the alarm minutes or hours before the start of all finals;
- You are now set and will receive an alarm before each final!
How do I select a final?
- Press Select Finals at the top of the My Finals screen;
- From the list of Olympic sports, select the ones you like;
- From the list of finals for this sport, select the ones you want to see;
- Press Done to go back to the My Finals screen.
How can I get more information on the finals I selected?
Press an icon on the My Finals screen to get more information.
How do I set the alarm?
- Press Alarm at the top of the My Finals screen;
- Choose how long before the final you want to receive an alert. You only have to set the alarm once and it will work for all the finals you want to see.
I set the alarm but received no notification!
This is a limitation we can not overcome. Make sure to run the app in the background and do not close it! This is a light weight app, so it should be no problem.
The final I selected disappeared after the event!
This is a feature, not a bug.
How do I find the Help screen?
Simply click on the bottom bar or information icon from the My Finals screen.
Can I remove a final from My Finals?
Sure, no problem! Just retrace your steps and click the final again to deselect.
